At Knight Sleep, we take great pride in offering high-quality, custom-made beds designed for lasting comfort and style. As each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or faulty. If your bed arrives with any damage or fault, we will make it our priority to resolve the issue promptly by arranging a repair or a replacement. Returns for damaged or faulty items must be requested within 7 to 28 days of delivery. In such cases, collection and redelivery will be organised by us and handled on priority. Please ensure the product is kept in its original condition, clean, unused, and well-maintained to be eligible for return. For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been used.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Knight Sleep aims to deliver all standard furniture items within 3 to 10 days, depending on availability. In the case of special fabric selections or custom designs, delivery may take up to 2 weeks. If any delay occurs, our team will notify you in advance. Delivery is free to most UK areas, though a small charge may apply to certain locations. Once your order is ready, you will receive confirmation of the delivery date via both text message and email. We’ll also provide an estimated delivery time so you can plan accordingly. If you feel your location may be difficult to access, we recommend informing us beforehand so we can prepare for a smooth delivery experience.<br>
Upon delivery, we strongly advise checking the condition of your furniture before the courier leaves. If any visible damage is found, it must be reported immediately to the courier to qualify for a replacement. If damage is noticed after the courier has left, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a return or replacement for visible issues. However, if you later discover hidden damage or missing parts, you can still report it—just make sure to provide clear images of the affected area so our technical team can review and assist accordingly.
